Canada/USA:
Employees must be a minimum of 16 years old to be employed part-time or full-time by Ritchie Bros., and 18 years of age to operate equipment (age 16 with a valid driver’s license may drive ATVs, golf carts and automobiles).
International:
Ritchie Bros. International Operations (ie., Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and Latin America) require a minimum of 18 years of age for both employment and equipment operations, unless otherwise stated by local labour laws.
